    Is it possible to change the address after placing an order?

    Can I check my item by opening the parcel before accepting delivery?

    What should I do in case of open packages/parcels?

     In the case of an open package/parcel, you don’t need to accept the delivery. Just return it at the same time and cancel your order by clicking the My Orders option. Our company will accept your cancellation request and will provide another seal packed item for you.
